Binary Software Solutions builds the software that networks bill with — carrier-grade authentication, real-time rating, and call accounting, where every packet, call, and record has a price and nothing can go missing. Every skill we sharpened has been compounding toward one thing.
Exact, defensible records — since 1981.
Heritage
Every discipline we built came down to one obsession: records that are exact and can't go missing. Long before the App Store, that meant carrier infrastructure — and coding on Apple hardware every step of the way, from the Apple II+ to iOS.
Authentication, authorization, and accounting on MySQL-clustered back-ends, reconciling tens of millions of records.
Validate balance, route the call, return allowable duration — authorization, rating, and routing in one round trip.
Cisco voice-gateway integrations timing, rating, and reconciling every call to the second.
Carrier Wi-Fi and SSG service-selection — engineering behind multiple U.S. wireless-networking patents.
An openERP integrator before it became Odoo — accounting, invoicing, and inventory as one normalized record.
Practice software applying the same discipline of exact, defensible records to healthcare.
Forty years of building through every era of Apple — poured into a single obsession with accuracy.
Why Time Tracker exists
Time Tracker was never a product plan. It was a personal problem. After decades of billing our own hours across clients, job sites, and the drives between them, we went looking for something that could capture a working day accurately — the arrivals, the mileage, the five-minute calls, the receipts — and found that nothing on the market came remotely close.
So we built the tool we wished existed, and we have used it every single day since. It was actualized and enhanced selfishly, for our own billing, hardened through three years of real work — not focus groups. It exists because we needed it, and it's this good because we are the ones who have had to live with it.
There is no solution in the market remotely close. So we made one.
Our flagship — and our daily driver
Carrier billing discipline, scaled to one person. It starts when you arrive at a client's site, logs the drive there, times the calls, reads the receipts, and turns the week into an invoice — automatically. iPhone, Apple Watch, and CarPlay. Private by design.
