Per diem
A per-diem claim is usually just a number someone types in. Time Tracker backs every travel day with a real, timestamped record of where you actually were — then matches the official GSA rate and fills the form. Evidenced, not asserted. Computed on your device, with no AI and no server in the middle.

Not a number you typed
While per-diem tracking is on, Time Tracker keeps a light GPS breadcrumb — roughly every ten minutes — so even a day with no trip and no meeting still has a record. At the end of the day it clusters where you dwelled, and the location you spent the most hours in wins. That becomes the day's per-diem locality: earned from real presence, not entered by hand.
How it works
Four quiet steps, all on your phone. Nothing to file by hand, nothing sent to a server.
A low-power breadcrumb records where you are through the day — in the background, screen locked, opt-in and easy to turn off.
At day's end it clusters your points, sums the hours, and the place you actually spent the day in becomes the locality — coffee stops and drive-throughs don't count.
The locality is matched against the current GSA table at the finest resolution first — ZIP, then city, county, then Standard CONUS — for the correct season's lodging cap and M&IE.
Each day rolls up into a per-diem report and a filled GSA OF-1164 — with the first/last travel-day 75% rule applied — ready to hand your reviewer or accountant.

The official rates, on your phone
GSA publishes twelve monthly lodging values and a flat M&IE for each locality — but no dates. Time Tracker imports the real table, works out each season's start and end, and keeps it current on device, multiple years at once. Browse any city and see the whole year at a glance, color-coded by season.

Every day, resolved
Each day resolves to one clear entry: where you were, how many hours you spent there, the matched GSA locality and season, the lodging cap, and the M&IE with travel-day and provided-meal rules applied. Nothing is a black box — and you can override any day if you know better.
It fills the forms
The same tracked data that proves your day also fills the paperwork the day ends in — the actual federal forms, not a lookalike.

GSA Optional Form 1164
Your resolved days flow straight into a real OF-1164 — the Claim for Reimbursement for Expenditures on Official Business — itemized day by day, totaled, and backed by the geostamped record behind each line. Hand it to a reviewer with the evidence already attached.

And when a client needs one
The same back-office fills a current IRS Form W-9 from your business profile — name, entity type, address, and TIN — so you can hand any client a complete, correct W-9 without hunting for last year's copy.
Why a reviewer trusts it
Every day carries a timestamped GPS trail. The claim is evidenced, not self-reported — the kind of record an auditor can actually check.
Localities, seasons, lodging caps and M&IE come straight from the current GSA table — matched to the finest resolution, never guessed.
Your location history stays in your own iCloud — no server, no account, no AI. The breadcrumb is opt-in and clears itself after 60 days.
Turn on per-diem tracking, take a trip, and watch the days build themselves — provable, and ready to file.
